Last updated: March 2026. This post will be updated as new testimonies, depositions, and hearings occur.

Since January 2026, the House Oversight Committee has been conducting depositions related to Jeffrey Epstein's network the people who enabled him, protected him, or looked the other way. Several high-profile figures have now testified. Here's the honest record of what happened in each case.

The pattern, as you'll notice, is consistent. The Scorecard

Pam Bondi: Attorney General

Date: February 2026 | Hearing type: Congressional testimony | Duration: ~5 hours

  • What she said: Blamed the previous administration for failures in the investigation. Framed herself as the person finally taking it seriously.

  • What she dodged: Every specific question about named individuals. Who was protected. Why charges were never brought against co-conspirators. Why the plea deal happened the way it did.

  • Outcome: No new charges announced. No new names named. No timeline given for further action.

  • Accountability score: 0/10

Bill Clinton: Former President

Date: February 26, 2026 | Hearing type: Deposition | Duration: ~4.5 hours

  • What he said: Denied any knowledge of Epstein's crimes. Acknowledged knowing Epstein but minimized the relationship.

  • What he dodged: Specific flight log questions. The number of times he flew on Epstein's plane. Details about visits to Epstein properties.

  • Outcome: Deposition released publicly. No charges. No referrals. Nothing.

  • Accountability score: 0/10

Hillary Clinton: Former Secretary of State

Date: February 26, 2026 | Hearing type: Deposition | Duration: ~4.5 hours

  • What she said: Denied any meaningful relationship with Epstein. Distanced herself from the network entirely.

  • What she dodged: Questions about Clinton Foundation donors with Epstein ties. Specifics about mutual social connections.

  • Outcome: Same as Bill. Deposition released. Nothing followed.

  • Accountability score: 0/10

Les Wexner: Founder, L Brands (Victoria's Secret)

Date: February 18, 2026 | Hearing type: Deposition | Duration: ~5 hours

  • What he said: Called Epstein a 'world-class con man' who deceived and stole from his family. Claimed he had no knowledge of criminal activity.

  • What he dodged: Why he gave Epstein his Manhattan mansion. Why Epstein had power of attorney over his finances. Why the relationship lasted so long if Wexner was truly deceived.

  • Outcome: Deposition released. No charges. No civil liability announced.

  • Accountability score: 0/10

The Pattern

After four major testimonies spanning dozens of hours, the results are uniform: everyone was deceived, no one knew anything, and nothing happened. This is not a coincidence. It's a system working exactly as designed.

The purpose of a congressional deposition is not, as television has led us to believe, to produce dramatic confessions. It is to create a public record. That record now exists. What gets done with it is a political choice one that both parties have, so far, chosen not to make.

Still Waiting To Testify

The following individuals have been discussed in connection with the investigation but have not yet appeared before the committee:

  • Prince Andrew: settled a civil suit with Virginia Giuffre in 2022 but has never testified under oath in a US proceeding

  • Alan Dershowitz : named by accusers, has denied all allegations, no deposition scheduled

  • Various unnamed co-conspirators referenced in Maxwell trial documents, identities still redacted or unconfirmed

The DOJ Document Drop

On January 30, 2026, the DOJ released approximately 3 million pages of Epstein-related documents. Independent researchers and journalists have been working through them since. The findings have been fragmentary

names appear, dates line up, and then the document trail goes cold or redacted. The DOJ has the names of everything tha's redacted including more documents.

Yes - no accountability. No one has been arrested. Its all theatre.

What Would Actual Accountability Look Like?

For reference, since we've apparently forgotten:

  • Criminal referrals from the committee to the DOJ based on testimony

  • Perjury charges for anyone who demonstrably lied under oath

  • Civil suits brought by survivors against named enablers, with actual discovery, not settlements with NDAs attached

  • Full unredacted release of all documents , not a 3-million-page data dump designed to be unsearchable

None of those things have happened. We'll update this post when they do. Stay Frustrated

Don't hold your breath.
